GLASS
  • Eumeralla Scout Camp is a strict “no glass” campsite. Any glass that is found by the Surfmoot Committee will be confiscated for the remainder of the camp.
  • Glass inspections of cars and trailers will occur upon entry. Please have coolers and storage ready for examination when entering the park.
  • Confiscated glass items can be collected at the end of the camp when leaving the site.
  • Any glass that is not collected at the end of the event will be discarded. If you do not ask for your items back upon leaving the site, you will not get them back.
FRONT GATE
  • Gates will open at 4pm on Friday 23rd of January 2026.
  • Gates are NOT open 24/7. Front gate will be closed between 2am-6am each morning.
  • If you need to leave site during a time when the front gate is closed, please speak to the Welfare or First Aid Team (available 24/7)
FIRE
  • There are to be NO FIRES onsite. Anyone found lighting a campfire will be asked to leave site immediately.
  • Generators are allowed onsite, however, they must be on a trailer with a 9kg fire extinguisher.
NOISE
  • Generators must be turned off by 11:59pm due to EPA requirements (stage excepted).
COOKING
  • Due to fire restrictions, cooking must be done in the designated cooking areas around site.
VEHICLES
  • Vehicles must be offsite by midnight (12am) on Friday night.
  • Vehicles will be allowed back onsite at 8am on Monday morning.
  • Vehicles are to adhere to a walking pace speed limit (10kph) at all times.
  • Only official vehicles (marked with a ‘Site Pass’) will be permitted to move around site over the event.
RUBBISH
  • Please place any empty cans/bottles into the designated ‘container deposit scheme’ bins around site.
  • 2026 Update: Units will now be expected to manage their own unit rubbish. Unit rubbish is to be taken home at the end of the event.
  • General rubbish bins will still be around site, especially around the stage and cooking areas. These are not places to dump unit rubbish – please only use these as necessary.
ALCOHOL
  • As per the NRC guidelines, alcohol consumption will be restricted to between 4pm and 1am onsite.
ADMIN
  • Admin/HQ will be open 24/7. However between 2am-8am, the committee member on duty will be asleep. Knock kindly if any urgent issues arise during this time.
SERVICE TEAMS
  • First Aid and Welfare are available 24/7 and located behind HQ.
